SAINT JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH

Saint John the Baptist Church in Pittston closed its doors in 2008. This was the church of my Birth, First Communion, Confirmation and Grade School Graduation. To mark this sad day, I created a historical timepiece of what the church meant to the community. More importantly, it was a tribute to those who built and founded the church, now closed by the Diocese of Scranton.
